Primary Responsibility :
We are seeking a techno commercial person who is experienced in managing Operation and Maintenance of Wind and Solar plants of utility scale.

Key Responsibilities:
Work with Operation and Maintenance team, analyse data with reference to Plant availability, Generation/ Plant performance and work towards improvement opportunities resulting in improved generation.
Work towards identification of solution, service providers, technology for plant performance improvement.
In finding the cost-effective solutions for O&M either in split mode or full scope mode
Identifying and developing spares and consumables suppliers list
Identification and development of service providers on all aspects to operate solar and wind plants including major repair service providers
To ensure downtime is minimum by providing material and service as needed to operating site.
Develop a systematic approach / System for plant performance monitoring and improvement.
