Land Team Member

Experience – 6 to 12 Years 

Qualification – BALLB/ B.Tech/ Diploma (NO ITI Candidates) 

Role Location – Jam Khanbalia Gujarat and Fatehgarh, Rajasthan 

Job Details : 

1. Sound ability to acquire Private land for wind & solar power projects.
2. Ability to help in preparing and written statements in local courts and police station.
3. Liaison with DC/Colonization/Revenue department, Nodal Agencies, Forest, Tehsil, Mines & Forest, Road dept and other department for obtaining NOCs for land Purchase/allotments.
4. Should have a good understanding of the prevalent revenue related land laws in renewable energy potential state
5. Should be competent enough to understand the legal implications of any cases filed on the company
6. To be able to present to top management presentation on the sties that one proposes
7. General Administration, Liaison & security matter of all sites related to villagers & govt. authorities i.e., Police, Revenue staff etc.
8. Good coordination skills with internal stake holders
9. Good in presentation and Excel.
10. Should be conversant in Hindi & English
11. In Depth-knowledge in handling complete land acquisition activities involving, Land Identification and Land record search, interpretation of all revenue records, recommend lacunae in record and suggest changes, site surveys, correction of record, Mutation of records, conversion of land, Permits and approvals for land purchase, preparation of recital of sale deeds, POA, ATS etc. Also be able to apply independently for Government land if the need arises.
12. Ability to connect with local stake holders like landowners, important and key persons in the locality to ensure smooth flow of land purchase.
13. Should have knowledge prevalent on existing land purchase rules and regulation in most Renewable sensitive states in the country.

14. Have strong networking skills with Nodal agencies, revenue department Police department, Revenue Secretariat, and other related agencies in Renewable energy potential states in the country.
