Location  : Greater Noida 

Job Objective  
The objective of this job is to to ensure the production of high-quality products by implementing effective quality assurance processes, monitoring product conformance, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. 
 

Key Responsibility   
• Ensure the supply of quality products to customers by maintaining stringent quality control measures.  
• Identify and implement corrective actions to address quality issues and prevent reoccurrence.  
• Monitor production processes and halt operations if non-conforming products are being produced, ensuring countermeasures are taken before resuming production.  
• Continuously evaluate and implement process improvements to enhance product quality and efficiency.  
• Establish and enforce protocols for handling and controlling non-conforming products.  
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date quality records for documentation and traceability purposes.  
• Ensure proper handling, calibration, and maintenance of instruments and gauges used for quality control.  
• Provide comprehensive instructions to operators regarding special checks, methods, handling, storage, and identification of initial products and supply control.  
• Closely monitor the initial product run to identify and address any quality concerns promptly.  
• Investigate quality problems and implement corrective actions to resolve issues and prevent recurrence. 
 

Functional / Technical skills     

•    In-depth knowledge of quality assurance principles, standards, and best practices 
•    Expertise in statistical process control (SPC) and quality control methodologies 
•    Familiarity with quality management systems (QMS) and related standards (e.g., ISO 9001) 
•    Understanding of manufacturing processes and product specifications 
•    Knowledge of inspection and testing techniques, instruments, and equipment
