Education    – B.Tech/Diploma Mechanical 

Experience - 5+ years ( Casting exp must )

Industry       – Automotive 

Key Responsibilities : 

• Prepare, review, and submit complete PPAP documentation including APQP Plan, PFD, PFMEA, Control Plan, SOP, Work Instructions, Process Data Sheets (PDS) and Gauge Plans.
• Ensure timely PPAP submissions and approvals from customers.
• Drive adherence to APQP milestones for all new development projects and engineering changes (ECR/ECN).
• Coordinate with customers for NPD audits, process audits, and product approvals.
• Address customer feedback, audit observations, and ensure timely closure of action points.
• Participate in customer meetings for quality planning and approvals.
• Conduct PFMEA and Control Plan reviews to identify and mitigate risks.
• Perform feasibility studies and APQP evaluations for new projects.
• Ensure effective implementation of mistake-proofing (Poka-Yoke) and risk reduction actions.
• Maintain and manage all NPD-related QMS documentation as per IATF 16949 requirements.
• Conduct internal audits and support external/supplier audits.
• Ensure documentation control and compliance with quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Production, Tool Room, Supplier Quality, Maintenance) to stabilize new product launches. 

Key Skills & Competencies 

• Strong knowledge of APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, Control Plan, SPC, MSA
• Hands-on experience in HPDC processes (preferred)
• Understanding of IATF 16949 and core tools
• Problem-solving skills (8D, 7QC tools)
• Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills 

         Good communication and documentation skills.
