Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Developer with a strong focus on React and modern frontend development, along with solid experience in .NET technologies, to join our engineering team in Bangalore.

This role is ideal for engineers who are frontendfirst but comfortable working across the stack—collaborating closely with backend, product, UX, and DevOps teams to deliver intuitive, scalable, and high-performance web applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain rich, responsive, and user centric frontend applications using React, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Translate UX/UI designs and business requirements into high-quality, accessible, and performant frontend solutions.
• Integrate frontend applications with backend services and RESTful APIs built using .NET Core.
• Contribute to backend development where needed, including API enhancements, validations, and integration logic.
• Optimize front-end performance, usability, and cross-blower compatibility.
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and backend engineers to ensure seamless end-to-end user experiences.
• Participate in sprint planning, estimation, and code reviews, ensuring adherence to best practices and quality standards.
• Follow modern frontend development practices, including component-based architecture, state management, and reusable UI patterns.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of development standards and processes within an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior frontend developers when required.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• 7–10 years of professional software development experience, with a strong focus on frontend development .
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong hands-on experience with React, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML, and CSS .
• Experience building modern, responsive, and scalable web applications.
• Good working knowledge of C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET Core, and REST API consumption.
• Experience in i ntegrating frontend applications with backend APIs and services .
• Familiarity with microservices based backend architectures.
• Proficiency with Git and modern version control workflows.
• Experience working in Agile teams using Azure DevOps or Jira.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to UI/UX details.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross functional teams.

Desirable / Nice to Have Skills

• Deeper backend development experience in .NET Core and API design.
• Experience with state management libraries, performance optimization, and frontend testing frameworks.
• Exposure to Microsoft Azure, including App Services or API hosting.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and frontend build/deployment workflows.
• Knowledge of authentication and authorization concepts (OAuth, JWT).
• Experience mentoring developers or owning frontend technical initiatives.
