Role Overview

We are hiring IT Recruiters / Technical Recruiters for Domestic Hiring mandates. The role involves full-cycle recruitment, working on product, niche, and technology-driven clients across India. This is a Work From Office role (Begumpet, Hyderabad).

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT / Technical roles (Domestic only)
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, headhunting & references
• Work on niche / product-based client requirements
• Screen candidates technically and assess fitment
• Manage interview coordination, follow-ups, offer discussion & closures
• Ensure timely submission and position closures
• Maintain strong pipeline and daily sourcing activity
• Drive ownership and accountability on assigned mandates

Required Experience & Skills

• 1–6 years of experience in Domestic IT Recruitment (Mandatory)
• Experience working on niche or product-based clients preferred
• Strong sourcing capability using job portals & LinkedIn
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to handle multiple mandates simultaneously
• Target-driven, proactive and serious about closures
• Must be comfortable working from office (5 days WFO soon)
