• Order intake according to defined rules

• Book quotations according on requests by sales teams

• Book credit notes according to defined rules

• Follow-up of orders in cooperation with central order management team

• Book delivery notes according to defined rules

• Customer and user administration for online services

• Support in export document handling

• Create and analyze defined reports

• Create Sets in SAP on request

Requirements for Candidate Selection

• 3-5 years of Experience in Order Management Role

• Good knowledge on SAP SD module

• PC Skills (Microsoft office & SAP)

• Good communication & Flexible to shifts

• Good team player
