V3 Staffing is looking for a performance-driven Non-IT Recruiter with proven experience in domestic hiring across multiple industries. The ideal candidate must be capable of handling end-to-end recruitment independently while delivering high-quality talent within tight timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment lifecycle: sourcing to onboarding
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other channels
• Manage bulk and niche hiring across multiple industries
• Coordinate with clients to understand job requirements
• Ensure timely closures while maintaining quality
• Maintain candidate pipeline and database
• Drive client satisfaction through consistent delivery

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 1+ years of experience in Non-IT (Domestic) recruitment
• Experience in KPO, Finance, Shared Services, Manufacturing, Banking
• Strong understanding of recruitment lifecycle and sourcing strategies
• Ability to handle multiple roles simultaneously
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Self-driven with a go-getter attitude
