Lead Full-Stack Engineer - Job Description

What You Will Do
We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Full-Stack Engineer to join our development team in
Bangalore. Your primary responsibility will be to lead the design and development of modern,
scalable, high-performance front-end applications while contributing to backend services when
needed. You will play a key role in shaping UI architecture, driving Micro Frontend adoption, and
ensuring seamless integration across the stack.
Job Responsibilities
 Lead the architecture, design, and development of React-based frontend applications.
 Hands-on development experience with Angular version 14 and above.
 Drive implementation of Micro Frontend architecture and modular UI patterns.
 Enhance and maintain existing UIs with a strong focus on performance, accessibility, and UX
consistency.
 Collaborate with UX teams to deliver intuitive, high-quality user experiences.
 Ensure frontend code quality, reusability, maintainability, and scalable component design.
 Contribute to backend services using C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET Core.
 Support integration with REST APIs, messaging systems, and Azure-based backend
components.
 Work closely with backend teams to ensure smooth end-to-end delivery.
Cross-Functional & Leadership
 Work with product owners to refine requirements and translate them into technical
solutions.
 Participate in project planning, estimation, and agile ceremonies.
 Provide mentorship and technical leadership to junior and mid-level engineers.
 Collaborate with SRE, QA, and Cybersecurity teams to ensure high-quality, secure releases.
 Promote continuous improvement in frontend development standards, design patterns, and
tooling.
Qualifications & Skills
 6 to 8 years of experience with strong emphasis on JavaScript, TypeScript, React, HTML5,
CSS3.
 Proven experience implementing Micro Frontend architectures (Module Federation, Web
Components, etc.).
 Hands-on experience with modern build tools (Webpack, Vite, Babel, npm/yarn).
 Strong understanding of UI performance, state management (Redux, Zustand, Recoil), and
responsive design.
 Experience with frontend testing frameworks such as Jest, React Testing Library, or Cypress.
 Working knowledge of C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET Core, and REST API development.
 Understanding foundational microservices concepts and integration patterns.
