Job Profile :

•          Design & implement effective sales training programs that meet the needs of the sales team.

•          Collaborate with sales leadership to develop tailored training solutions that align with sales strategies.

•          Work with marketing team to integrate product knowledge and selling technique training.

•          Train, Facilitate and coach FF by creating awareness on the latest selling techniques, methods and tools to continuous upgradation.

•          Conduct on the job training with sales team to help them improve sales effectiveness.

•          To determine training priorities and objectives through joint filed work.

•          Develop the managerial capability of the line managers with relevant inputs from stakeholders, as well as the competency framework i.e. coaching, conflict management, bench strength.

•          Lead the generation of training content for training needed on ever evolving challenges.

•          Create and implement digital learning platform and blended learning approaches.

•          Create an environment of learning and support team members to realise their individual goals

•          Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and performance metrics.
