Job Description:

 

·                 Compliance under the Companies Act, 2013, SEBI LODR Regulations, SEBI Circulars, etc.

·                 Stock Exchange compliances as per SEBI (LODR) Regulations and disclosure of policies and updates on the website.

·                 Compliance under the SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations.

·                 Drafting of agendas, Circular resolutions and minutes of the Board & Committee meetings

·                 Conducting meetings of the Board & Committee meetings

·                 SEBI inspection, SEBI compliances and SEBI data tables

·                 Audits and Regulatory Inspections

·                 Co-ordinating with HODs, Directors and functional heads.

·                 Shareholders Compliances and disclosures.

·                 Remain updated on various new laws, amendments of existing laws, circulars, notifications, etc.
