Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Civil Engineer with over 10 years of experience in the real estate development industry, specializing in residential projects. This role will be pivotal in driving the successful planning, design, and execution of our multifamily and single-family housing projects, ensuring quality, timeliness, and compliance with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage residential development projects from inception through completion, focusing on design, engineering, and construction.
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project designs are feasible and meet client expectations.
• Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies to assess the suitability of sites for residential development.
• Prepare and review engineering reports, specifications, and plans to ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards.
• Review and approve project schedules, budgets, and milestones, tracking progress and addressing any issues that arise.
• Implement best practices for sustainable engineering and construction, ensuring environmental considerations are met.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide leadership to the engineering team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in civil engineering, specifically in the residential development sector.
• Professional Engineering (PE) license is required.
• Strong knowledge of civil engineering design principles, standards, and codes.
• Excellent project management skills with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with diverse teams and clients.
• Proficient in civil engineering software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and relevant project management tools.
