Our Internal Experience Design Studio is a center of excellence dedicated to improving experiences across the organization. From customer interactions to patient journeys, we strive to create seamless and impactful service designs

Job roles & responsibilities:

• Develop and execute brand design strategies that encompass visual, communication, industrial, and packaging design.
• Create design briefs, user personas, journey maps, and other design artifacts to guide project development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and marketing, to align design initiatives with business goals.
• Lead the design process from concept to execution, ensuring consistency and high-quality outputs across all touchpoints.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of design solutions through usability testing, feedback, and performance metrics.
• Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to inform and inspire innovative design approaches.
• Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering a culture of creativity and excellence within the studio.

Education, Skills & Experience

Education:   

·        Bachelors or Masters of Design, Industrial Design, Communication Design from reputed International University Preferred/Indian design institutes such as MIT, IDC, NID, Srishti, Symbiosis etc.

• Proven experience into Brand Design from a Design Agency.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

·        Minimum 5 to 9 years of exp.

·        Strong portfolio, strong stakeholder management, strong communication skills is a must.
