Job Description:

Job Title: Operations Manager – Green Coffee Processing

Job Summary:

Responsible for managing end-to-end green coffee processing operations, including procurement coordination, processing, quality control, storage, and dispatch to ensure efficient production and high-quality output and lowest turn around time.

Key Responsibilities

•             Oversee wet and dry coffee processing activities (pulping, fermentation, drying, hulling, grading)

•             Ensure product quality standards and maintain defect-free green coffee output

•             Plan and manage daily production schedules and workforce allocation

•             Monitor machine operations, maintenance, and plant efficiency

•             Manage inventory, warehouse storage, and stock accuracy ,slow moving stock identification, maintenance, fumigation.

•             Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and export standards

•             Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams for smooth raw material flow and dispatch.

Ensuring uniform quality reports by procurement team, receiving team, and production team, comparision of analysis at different stages and managing them.

Maintaining documentation of sustainability like eudr, rainforest, organic., fair trade certification.

Experience

Minimum 5 years in same profile in any green coffee company.

Having experience in sustainable coffee certification, documentation.
