Job Responsibilities

Drafting, Vetting and Negotiation of Agreements such as Non-Disclosure Agreements, Software As a Service Agreement, Master Service Agreements, Software Licencing Agreement, Service Agreements, Addendums, etc and drafting of MOUs, Letters, declarations, Power of Attorneys, etc;

Review and drafting of standard draft agreements as per the Company Policies;

Data Management for daily deliverables and contracts.

Legal advisory to internal stakeholders;

Assisting the team in team projects and deliverables;

Qualification and Experience

Graduate in Law from a reputed institute/university

Minimum experience of 3-4 years in Corporate Legal Function preferably in insurance sector.
