Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Billing Configuration & Implementation
• Configure and implement billing fundamentals including:
  • New pay plan setup (Account Plan and Policy Plan)
  • Payment processing
  • Invoice generation
  • Follow-up activities, disbursements, and installment schedules
  • Agency Billing and Direct Billing
  • Commissions management
• Technical Development & Customization
• Develop and implement custom solutions for Duck Creek Billing using XML, XSLT, CSS, and SQL.
• Write and optimize SQL scripts and stored procedures for data management and reporting.
• Debug and customize XSL files for billing workflows and UI transformations.
• Configure and customize Duck Creek Billing for Direct Billing, Payments, Commissions, and related functionalities.
• Integration & Interoperability
• Integrate Duck Creek Billing with external systems using SOAP/REST web services.
• Manage payment plans, schedules, invoice generation, reminders, and PCNs.
• Business Collaboration
• Collaborate with business teams to gather requirements and document customer needs from a business solutions perspective.
• Ensure smooth configuration and customization during Duck Creek Billing implementations.

Key Requirements – Education & Certification

• MCA/BE Computers

Key Requirements – Experience & Skill

• Strong expertise in XML, XSLT, CSS, and SQL
• Strong Understanding of Billing Tables and Stored procedures
• Hands-on experience with Duck Creek Billing Module.
• Familiarity with Web Services (SOAP/REST).
• Ability to debug and customize XSL files.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Knowledge of Duck Creek Policy module is a plus.
• Insurance domain knowledge is a plus.
