Cluster Head - Direct - Life Insurance
Job Summary:
The Cluster Head for Direct Life Insurance will lead and manage a regional
team, driving growth and profitability through innovative strategies and
exceptional customer service. This role is pivotal in ensuring that sales and
operational targets are met while fostering a culture of high performance and
continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives and
increase market share in the life insurance domain.

Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing team of sales professionals,
ensuring targeted performance and employee engagement.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to
enhance customer satisfaction and retention.

Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth
opportunities and recommend actionable initiatives.

Monitor sales metrics and KPIs, providing regular reports and insights to
senior management on performance and progress.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including underwriting, claims, and
marketing to streamline processes and improve service delivery.

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies,
maintaining the highest standards of quality and ethical conduct.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a relevant field;
Master’s degree preferred.

Minimum of 7 years of experience in the life insurance industry, with at
least 3 years in a managerial role.

team.
