Key Roles & Responsibilities
➢ Management of Collection BRS
➢ Minimizing the unreconciled entries by permanently fixing the gaps
➢ Accurate and timely release of management MIS
➢ Team management
➢ System and process automation
Key Requirements – Education & Certificates
• BCOM/MCOM from regular college or/and
• PG Diploma in Management/MBA or/and
• ICWAI Inter
Key Requirements - Experience &Skills
 Candidate must have 5+ years of experience in Collection BRS (Bank Reconciliation) within a reputed insurance Company
 Strong grasp of the overall premium collection process in an insurance Company
 Proven Experience in handling & managing large transaction volumes
 Excellent analytical skills
 Hands on experience in month end closing activities
 Experience in preparing & publishing MIS reports for management review.
 Team Management.
 Good inter personal skills for managing internal and external stakeholders efficiently.
 Excellent knowledge of accounting principles and policy administration systems
