About the role
OT Engineer – Kepware & OT/IT Integration
Purpose: Establish secure and reliable connectivity from plant devices to the PDP sandbox using Kepware and industrial communication protocols.
Skills Responsibilities
OT Infrastructure Setup Deploy and configure Kepware servers; connect to energy meters, BMS, and sensors; implement data tag mapping.
Good understanding of OT protocols and ISA –95 standards.
Network & Security Good Understandings of firewalls, VPN tunnels, and DMZ connections;
Integration Testing Validate real-time data transmission; execute store-and-forward tests for resilience.
Operational Support Maintain tag health dashboards; troubleshoot device and gateway connectivity issues.
Qualifications: 5–7 years in industrial automation or control systems; proficiency in Kepware KEPServerEX and industrial protocols; strong understanding of OT networks; experience with Insights Hub connectivity preferred.
