Role Summary

The Planning Engineer & Coordinator will be responsible for end-to-end planning, scheduling, progress monitoring, and resource coordination across Ratnaakar Group's residential projects. This role bridges site execution planning, Design Coordination management to ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within timeline, and to quality specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Scheduling & Baseline Planning:

• Prepare baseline project master schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project.
• Breakdown project deliverables into detailed Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and milestone schedules.

• Monitoring & Progress Tracking:

• Track daily, weekly, and monthly progress against baseline targets and report variances.
• Conduct site visits to verify physical progress against reported data and update project schedules regularly.
• Prepare daily/weekly progress reports (DPR/WPR) and Monthly Progress Reports (MPR) for senior management.

• Resource & Material Coordination:

• Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of structural and finishing materials.
• Monitor manpower productivity and contractor resource deployment on site.

• Cost Control & Contracts Alignment:

• Perform delay analyses, identify critical paths, and recommend recovery plans to prevent project cost and time overruns.

• Stakeholder & Site Coordination:

• Act as the key liaison between project managers, site execution teams, consultants, and contractors.
• Organize and document Minutes of Meetings (MOM) for progress review and coordination sessions.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering (Construction Management certification is a plus).
• Experience: 3–7 years of planning/coordination experience in real estate or building construction projects.

• Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in MS Project (MSP) or Primavera P6.
• Strong skills in MS Excel (data management, reporting, cash flow projections) and AutoCAD (for drawing verification).

• Core Competencies:

• Excellent communication, reporting, and cross-functional team coordination skills.
