TP Claims

Duties & Responsibilities:

·          Managing and processing of litigation pertaining to Motor accident claims (MACT), employee compensation cases ( WC) and other legal related litigations for assigned regions including Drafting / Negotiating / Compliance & Reviewing.

·          Dealing with Courts, Advocates, and Investigators (internal team) for effective handling of Third Party Claims and timely actionable as required to contest the case.

·          Strategize for effective management of claims by way of compromise settlement and defence before court and Controlling ACS.

·          Analyse & ensuring timely compliance of court award and timely filing of Appeal in Higher courts as per merits. Vetting of appeal memo.   

·          Ensuring effective implementation of processes set by the company and department.

·          Co-ordinate with internal customers in order to facilitate effective handling of claims and share the court precedents for them to deal with the claims.

·          High Value claims management including reserving, discussing with penal advocates, Visiting court and minimizing loss.

·          Ensuring speedy disposal of ORPHAN claims.

·          Auditing PAN India appeals and High value claims by checking compliance and accuracy.
