Key Roles & Responsibilities
Primary Role Description:
- Managing ID vertical of BFL partners of defined geography
- To drive team of FLS for achievement of assigned targets
- To Ensure visibility across all Branches of Partner
- To ensure healthy share of wallet across all vertical of Partner
- To maintain cordial relationship with partners
Key Requirements – Education & Certificates
A Graduate/ Post graduate degree holder in any discipline; preferably MBA
Key Requirements - Experience & Skills
Min. 8 - 9 year of experience in team handling role
