JOB DESCRIPTION
Key Accountabilities
HR Strategy & Workforce Planning
-
Contribute to HR strategy formulation in alignment with business plans and
budgeting activities.
- Identify future talent requirements and succession planning needs.

Work closely with HR Head for leadership hiring and strategic recruitment
mandates.
Learning & Development
-
Develop & execute the organization’s L&D strategy, including TNAs and
annual training planning.

Drive leadership development, succession planning, and capability building
across levels.

Oversee onboarding and all behavioural, technical, and statutory training
programs while monitoring effectiveness and managing external learning
partners.
Business HR Partnering
-
Demonstrate strong understanding of business dynamics and workforce needs.

Partner with functional heads to design HR interventions tailored to
business needs.

Provide advisory support on employee relations, performance concerns,
disciplinary matters, and grievance handling.
End-to-End HR Operations
-
Lead & supervise team in managing the complete employee life cycle
including recruitment, onboarding, payroll processing, benefits,
performance management, training & development, employee engagement, and
separation processes.

Oversee HR tools management and ensure accuracy of employee data and
documentation.
- Establish SOPs and standard HR processes across locations.
Statutory Compliance (Labour & SEBI)

Ensure full compliance with applicable Indian labour laws including but
not limited to Shops & Establishments Act, POSH Act etc.

Monitor and ensure smooth administration of statutory compliance and
timely fillings.

Liaise with labour consultants, government authorities, and external
auditors as required.
Compensation, Performance & Engagement

Oversee payroll and CTC structuring in compliance with Indian tax and
labour regulations.

Manage annual appraisal cycles, increment planning, and bonus payouts.

Drive employee engagement initiatives, internal communication campaigns,
reward & recognition programs, and employer branding activities.
Team Management
-
Allocate responsibilities and monitor performance of HR team members.
- Ensure continuous building of capability.
Knowledge & Qualifications required
Academic Qualifications:
MBA (specialization in Human Resources)
Minimum Work Experience:
18+ years of experience in managing human resources strategies.
