Relationship Manager
Job Summary:
The Relationship Manager plays a crucial role in nurturing business
relationships while driving the growth of MSE (Micro and Small Enterprises)
loans, including LAP (Loan Against Property), OD (Overdraft), Working Capital,
and Equipment Loans. This position not only focuses on sourcing business
through various channels but also ensures the timely collection of dues,
directly impacting the organization's financial performance and customer
satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:

Source MSE Loan products, including LAP, OD, Working Capital, and Equipment
Loans, primarily through DSA (Direct Selling Agent) channels and the open
market.

Collaborate with branches to enhance sourcing opportunities and business
visibility.

Communicate effectively with potential clients to understand their needs and
provide tailored financial solutions.

Manage and maintain an active pipeline of leads and clients to ensure
continuous engagement and conversion.

Oversee the collection processes for Bucket Zero accounts, ensuring optimal
repayment timelines and practices.

Develop and implement strategies to expand the customer base and enhance
product awareness.

Provide regular updates and reports on sourcing activities and collection
outcomes to senior management.
Requirements:

A graduate or postgraduate degree in finance, business administration, or a
related field.

A minimum of 1 year of experience in sourcing MSE LAP, OD, Working Capital,
or Equipment Loans.

Proficient in establishing and maintaining client relationships, especially
through DSA and direct channels.

Knowledge of the financial products and services industry, particularly
related to MSE financing.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to evaluate client needs and
respond effectively.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster relationships
within and outside the organization.

A proactive approach to work with the ability to meet targets and deadlines
consistently.
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in a financial institution or bank focusing on MSE products and
services.

Demonstrated success in sourcing business through innovative strategies or
campaigns.

Existing relationships with DSA agents and networks in Nashik, Pune, and
Ahmednagar regions.

Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in a competitive
environment.
