Key Responsibilities
Strategic Meeting Management
- Plan, structure, and coordinate internal and external meetings
- Prepare meeting agendas in advance in coordination with stakeholders
- Accurately record Minutes of Meetings (MoMs) with clear action points

Track decisions, commitments, and ensure disciplined follow-ups till closure
MD Office Management

Independently manage the day-to-day functioning of the Managing Director’s
office
- Act as a prioritization partner for the MD’s time and engagements
- Handle sensitive and confidential matters with complete discretion
Cross-Functional Coordination & Follow-ups
- Liaise with senior leadership, plant heads, and department heads
- Follow up on key operational, commercial, and strategic actions
- Proactively flag delays, risks, or misalignments to the MD
Site Visits & Operational Exposure
- Undertake factory and site visits as required
- Capture key observations, discussions, and action points
- Prepare structured visit reports and coordinate execution post-visit
Reporting & Documentation

Prepare concise reports, summaries, dashboards, and presentations for MD
review
- Maintain trackers for ongoing initiatives, reviews, and follow-ups
- Ensure documentation is structured, accurate, and readily accessible

Experience & Background

8 to 15+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant / Senior PA / MD
Office professional
Skills & Competencies
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- High attention to detail with a structured working style

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and reporting tools
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (mandatory); Master’s degree is an added
advantage

Prior experience as Senior EA / PA to MD / Chairman / Promoter is strongly
preferred

Experience in manufacturing organizations with exposure to MD office,
leadership meetings, plant coordination, and executive reporting is
essential
