We are looking for an experienced Architect to lead design across projects. This strategic role will drive design excellence, efficiency, and execution quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end design: concept, DD, working drawings, GFC, and as-built
• Strong understanding of building bye-laws, DCR, green building norms, and approval processes
• Ensure design quality, space optimization, and adherence to standards
• Deliver concepts, sanction drawings, DD, and GFC within committed timelines
• Coordinate with architects, structural, and landscape consultants for smooth project execution
• Collaborate with MEP, Projects, Purchase, and Sales & Marketing teams
• Provide site support, design clarifications, and ensure accurate implementation
• Manage documentation for customer handover
• Ensure timely delivery of design milestones as per project schedules

Requirements:

• B.Arch (M.Arch preferred)
• 10+ years of experience, including 6+ years in residential real estate
• Strong experience in multistory housing, sanction drawings, and value engineering
• Experience handling large portfolios (20+ lakh sq. ft. preferred)
• Familiarity with Kolkata/Eastern India regulations is an added advantage

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Photoshop, and MS Office
