Role Summary
The Director – Enterprise Accounts is responsible for driving strategic
growth across key enterprise clients (banks, financial institutions, and

Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Account Management

Own and grow relationships with Tier-1 enterprise clients (banks, NBFCs,
fintechs).

Develop and execute multi-year account strategies aligned with client and
company objectives.

Act as the primary executive sponsor for key accounts.
2. Revenue Growth & Commercial Ownership

Own P&L for assigned accounts.

Lead contract renewals, and fee restructures, along
with Sales teams.
3. Client Engagement & Stakeholder Management

Build strong C-suite and senior management relationships.

Serve as trusted advisor on payments modernization, card
issuing/acquiring, and digital transformation.

Ensure high client satisfaction and retention.
5. Delivery Oversight & Governance

Oversee service delivery and SLA performance for key accounts.

Drive issue resolution, escalation management, and continuous improvement
initiatives.

Ensure governance frameworks are in place for account performance
tracking.
6. Market Intelligence & Thought Leadership

Track industry trends (RTP, cards, acquiring, AI-led payments,
