Cluster Head - Micro Home Loans
Job Summary:
The Cluster Head for Micro Home Loans will lead and drive the strategy for our
micro home loan portfolio across multiple regions. This role is pivotal in
expanding access to affordable housing solutions, fostering community growth,
and enhancing the overall customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a strategic business plan for micro home loans to meet
customer needs and achieve financial targets.

Manage a team of loan officers to ensure high performance, adherence to
compliance standards, and exceptional customer service.

Analyze market trends and customer data to identify opportunities for growth
and innovation in micro lending.

Establish and nurture relationships with community stakeholders, government
agencies, and local organizations to promote the micro home loans
initiative.

Monitor and report on key performance indicators, making adjustments to

Requirements:
