About the role
Operations Resource (2) ProTec Capability Centre (PCC) X 3
Reports to: Team Lead – Operations (PCC) | Experience: 1–3 yrs insurance ops/policy servicing (trained freshers considered)
Purpose: Execute PCC transaction and servicing workload — UAT-heavy at launch, then steady-state issuance, endorsements and customer service.
Responsibilities
· Phase 1 – UAT: Run assigned test cases across quotation, issuance, endorsement, cancellation and renewal. Verify premium, tax, wording and document output. Log defects with reproducible steps and evidence; re-test fixes and support regression. Feed observations into SOPs.
· Issuance: Validate proposal completeness and KYC, check referrals and authority limits, issue policies and certificates within TAT with accurate premium and documents.
· Endorsements: Process additions, deletions, corrections, cancellations and refunds; verify documents and premium impact; apply maker-checker; clear pendency within TAT.
· Servicing: Handle customer, broker and channel requests via email, phone and partner channels. Log every request, follow to closure, escalate ageing or complex cases promptly.
Requirements: General insurance product and documentation knowledge; high attention to detail on premium, dates, sums insured and wordings; clear written and spoken English; comfort with insurance systems and Excel; SOP discipline and ownership; able to hold TAT under volume. Degree; insurance certification an advantage.
