Role Summary
Drive high-impact learning and talent initiatives end-to-end with strong stakeholder collaboration, structured execution, and data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Program Management: Execute learning initiatives, including TTT, with clear timelines and governance
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with teams across regions for seamless execution
- Engagement: Drive monthly campaigns, nudges, and participation strategies
- Analytics: Build dashboards, track performance, and create action plans
- R&R: Design and run recognition frameworks to boost motivation
- AI Enablement: Use AI tools for content, communication, and efficiency
