QA/R & D Executive

Job Title: QA / R&D Executive (Quality Assurance)
Department: Research & Development (Sub-function: Quality Assurance)

Key Responsibilities
Quality Assurance & Process Control
 Develop, implement, and monitor quality assurance processes and standards.
 Conduct regular product process monitoring and shop-floor inspections.
 Ensure adherence to defined process parameters and maintain consistency throughout production.
 Identify quality deviations, defects, or process issues and collaborate with cross-functional teams for timely
resolution.
 Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of inspections, test results, and observations.
Coordination & Compliance
 Coordinate with the Quality Control (QC) department for laboratory testing of food products, including
chemical, physical, and other relevant parameters.
 Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards such as HACCP, GMP, FSSAI, ISO, and internal
quality systems.
 Work closely with Production, R&D, and Quality teams to ensure process standardization aligned with quality
requirements.
Sensory & Product Evaluation
 Perform sensory evaluation of products (taste, aroma, texture, appearance) to ensure consistency and quality.
 Support corrective actions based on sensory and analytical feedback.
R&D Support
 Assist in the development of new products, prototypes, and improvements to existing products.
 Conduct experiments, trials, and testing to validate formulations and process changes.
 Stay updated with industry trends, innovations, and advancements in food technology and quality systems.

Key Skills & Qualifications
 Education: B. Tech in Food Science & Technology or equivalent.
 Experience: 1–2 years of relevant industry experience or internship in food manufacturing, QA, or R&D.
 Sound knowledge of food safety and quality systems (HACCP, GMP, FSSAI, ISO).
 Good communication and coordination skills to work with cross-functional teams.
 Effective problem-solving skills to address quality and safety issues.
 Basic computer proficiency (MS Office or similar applications).

Job Requirements
 Willingness to work on the shop floor and in process areas during assigned shifts.
 Flexibility to work in rotational or extended shifts as per production requirements.
 Ability to follow standard operating procedures and maintain discipline in documentation and compliance.

to remain with the organization for a minimum period of two years post-onboarding.
