Senior/Junior Civil Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and motivated Senior/Junior Civil Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in leading and executing civil engineering projects from inception to key handover, ensuring quality and adherence to timelines. Your expertise will directly impact the successful delivery of projects within our esteemed development firm.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and execute civil engineering projects through all phases, from design to construction and final handover.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure project specifications are met.
• Conduct site assessments and prepare progress reports to monitor project timelines and budget constraints.
• Oversee construction activities and ensure compliance with industry standards, health and safety regulations.
• Prepare and review engineering documentation, including plans, specifications, and project proposals.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to secure the necessary materials and services for projects.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a collaborative and knowledge-sharing working environment.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• 2-8 years of relevant experience in civil engineering execution, preferably from a development background.
• Proficiency in civil engineering design software (such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar).
• Strong understanding of construction methods, project management principles, and building codes.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
