Role & Responsibilities:
• Sales order allocation as well as sales order entry in system (AX, DY-365).
• Monitoring Customer Order and its return.
• Verification and Monitoring Stock Monthly.
• Booking of Purchase order.
• Inventory Updating on Ecom portal.
• Coordinate with third-party logistics partners.
• Resolve issue related to customer order delivery.
• Handling Sales Admin Calls.
