Job Description for the: Factory Manager
MilkIt MFEZ operates a highly specialized aseptic manufacturing facility utilizing
“Tetra Pak” processing and packaging technology. The Factory Manager is
responsible for the overall leadership and performance of the Milklt MFEZ manufacturing
facility. The role oversees Production, Engineering, Quality, Planning, and Health &
Safety functions to ensure safe, efficient, and profitable manufacture of aseptic dairy
products packed on “Tetra Pak” lines for local and export markets.
Minimum Qualification
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Food Science, Dairy Technology,
Manufacturing or related field.
Desired Work Experience
• Minimum 10 years of experience within food, dairy, beverage, or FMCG
manufacturing.
• Minimum 10 years in a senior manufacturing leadership position.
• Strong knowledge of aseptic processing, food safety systems, and factory
operations.
• Proven leadership and people management experience.
• Managing semi to high-volume manufacturing operations
• Experience with aseptic processing and Tetra Pak technology
• Budget management, cost control, and operational planning
• Continuous improvement and productivity enhancement projects
• Food safety, quality systems, and regulatory compliance management.
