Infra Core - Network Security

·        Strong hands-on expertise in VPN (IPSec), SD-WAN (Viptela/Versa), Cisco ACI (DC Fabric), SDA LAN Fabric, Cisco ISE (NAC), LAN/WAN, Wireless (Cisco WLC), Micro segmentation, Link Load Balancer, and NGFW technologies

·        Proven experience in managing multi-vendor network environments with Cisco, HP/Aruba, Check Point, Palo Alto, Versa, and similar platforms

·        Deep knowledge of enterprise routing, switching, segmentation, and high availability (HA) architecture across DC–DR

·        Skilled in managing wireless infrastructure including Cisco WLC, Aruba Wi-Fi, RF design, and coverage optimization

·        Experience in managing telecom vendors, OEMs, and system integrators for project rollouts, SLAs, and escalations

·        Strong understanding of ITIL practices with exposure to incident, change, and problem management

·        Capable of driving BCP/DR drills, capacity planning, audit readiness, and compliance closure

·        Hands-on with firewall policies, NAC (Cisco ISE), Zscaler, VPN tunnelling, and MFA integrations

·        Well-versed in ISO 27001/Information Security audit facilitation and documentation standards

·        Manage daily operations across WAN, LAN (SDA Fabric), Wi-Fi (WLC), SD-WAN (Versa), security platforms (NGFW), and DC fabric (ACI) with end-to-end accountability

·        Lead troubleshooting of critical incidents including SD-WAN, Site-to-Site VPN, B2B connectivity, and application access issues

·        Drive deployment and rollout of SDA LAN Fabric, Cisco ACI, Cisco ISE (NAC), SD-WAN (Versa), and micro segmentation across sites

·        Oversee network change governance, emergency fixes, RCA tracking, and preventive actions

·        Coordinate BCP/DR drills, failover testing (LLB/GSLB), patching, and capacity upgrades

·        Ensure compliance through timely closure of audit observations, vulnerability remediation, and CMR/WO requests

·        Own vendor performance monitoring, SLA tracking, and contract governance with TSPs, OEMs, and SI partners

·        Manage centralized updates across PAN India branches including QoS, segmentation policies, and compliance configurations

·        Maintain updated documentation, network topology, SOPs, and configuration baselines

·        Collaborate cross-functionally with security, infra, cloud, application, and audit teams

·        Mentor junior engineers and serve as escalation point for high-impact issues
