Job Summary:

The Sales Administrator provides comprehensive administrative and coordination support to the Sales team to ensure efficient sales operations.

Key Responsibilities:

The responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following tasks:

Review of each quotation, sales order and ensure accuracy in releasing to Production.
Reviewing sales quotations, invoices, and purchase orders before releasing it for customers or Planning.
Coordinating with the Planning team to support daily operations.
Maintaining and updating sales records and customer databases.
Following up on orders, deliveries, and customer complaints.
Preparing sales reports and assisting with documentation.
Coordinating with internal departments when required.

Qualifications & Experience:

Education: High school diploma or equivalent is typically required; preferred if bachelor's degrees.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other software like Orion.

Experience: Prior experience (minimum 2 years) in administrative and production support, customer service, and aluminum field experience is highly preferred.
