Relationship Manager - NRI & NTB Customers
Job Summary:
The Relationship Manager for Non-Resident Indian (NRI) and New to Bank (NTB)
customers is pivotal in expanding our customer base through strategic
relationship building and exceptional customer service. This role involves
understanding the unique needs of NRI clients and ensuring that they receive
tailored financial solutions that positively impact their financial health and
our organization's growth.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute targeted strategies to attract and retain NRI and NTB
customers, enhancing overall market presence.

Engage with potential NRI clients through various channels to identify their
banking needs and provide customized product solutions.

Conduct comprehensive market analysis to identify opportunities for new
product offerings aimed at NRI and NTB segments.

Facilitate smooth onboarding processes for NTB customers, ensuring a
seamless experience from account opening to service engagement.

Maintain strong relationships with existing NRI clients, proactively
addressing their concerns and providing ongoing support.

Collaborate with internal teams to design promotional campaigns targeted at
attracting NRI and NTB clientele.

Prepare and present reports on customer feedback and market trends to the
management team, suggesting actionable insights for improvement.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field;
Master’s degree preferred.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in relationship management, specifically
with NRI banking or NTB customer segments.
