Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Solar Operations & Maintenance Manager to lead O&M activities for C&I and utility-scale solar power plants. The role focuses on ensuring optimal plant performance, high availability, and efficient operations through strong technical expertise, structured maintenance practices, and effective team management.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Ensure maximum plant uptime, generation, and performance ratio (PR) through continuous monitoring and optimization.
2. Monitor plant performance via SCADA, analyze data, and generate actionable insights and reports (daily/monthly).
3. Plan and execute preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance across modules, inverters, transformers, HT/LT systems, and associated equipment.
4. Troubleshoot electrical and system issues, including inverters, SCADA, and protection systems.
5. Conduct routine inspections, oversee module cleaning activities, and ensure overall asset health.
6. Prepare Monthly JMR (Joint Meter Reading) and support energy accounting and settlement processes.
7. Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulatory requirements, and contractual obligations.
8. Manage site teams, technicians, security personnel, and overall manpower planning.
9. Coordinate with OEMs, vendors, and contractors for maintenance, issue resolution, and service optimization.
10. Maintain inventory of spares and consumables, and optimize O&M costs.
11. Handle incident management and emergency response effectively.
12. Stay updated on emerging technologies, including DESS (Distributed Energy Storage Systems).

Eligibility Criteria:

1. B.Tech / BE in Electrical Engineering.
2. 10+ years of experience in solar O&M (C&I and utility-scale projects), Wind and BESS (preferred).
3. Strong experience in plant operations, maintenance planning, and performance monitoring.
