1) As member of Information Services (IS) Service Desk team understand assigned functional business area processes and technical
systems.
2) Understand and follow standard internal for IS and Business Analyst operations and assist with updating standard internal
procedures to support management of business process controls.
3) Provide end-user support to assist with timely process and technical incident responses and solutions for assigned functional
business area.
4) Triage assigned incident requests within ticketing system and maintain ticketing system documentation.
5) Support communication of technology system process changes and outages and provide updates and resolution details as
directed.
6) Collaborate with other IS cross functional teams to help resolve process and technical problems and support end-user solutions.
7) Escalate Turner security compliance and standards matters and educate end-users on IS policies, procedures, Turner tools, and
best practices.
8) Assist with maintaining end-user support resources, (e.g., training materials and FAQs) to provide self-service capabilities to enduser
community.
9) Support testing activities and documentation of results for changes to assigned functional business area processes and
technology systems.
10) Continually learn and acquire knowledge within assigned business process area and share findings, best practices, and trends
with team.
11) Contribute recommendations to continuously improve IS Service Desk and assigned functional business area end-user support
processes and assist with implementation of solutions.
12) Apply continuous improvement concepts and practices to work efficiently, enhance programs, coordinate and reduce waste.
13) Other activities, duties, and responsibilities as assigned.
EXPERTISE AND QUALIFICATIONS
• Minimum of 3 years of related experience and Associateʼs degree (or in pursuit of Bachelorʼs Degree or with Bachelorʼs
Degree) from accredited degree program in a functional business area (e.g., construction, HR, finance, accounting,
marketing, computer science, operations, management), or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
• Preference will be given to the Candidate with Origami Experience.
• Basic business acumen and familiar with assigned functional business area processes
• High organizational skills with attention to detail
• Excellent customer service delivery skills
• Demonstrate interpersonal skills and collaborative teamwork with individuals across organizational levels
• Professional and clear verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to communicate to non-technical audiences and tailor communications appropriately
• Basic experience using continuous improvement principles and concepts
• Able to take direction, ask clarifying questions, learn and process information quickly, follow tasks through to completion
• Able to work independently with direction and supervision, in remote environment
• Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office suite of applications, and collaborative tools
• Limited travel
