Position Summary
CoreCard is seeking an accomplished technology leader to head its Global
Engineering & Delivery Centre based in Bhopal, India. The India
Engineering & Delivery Centre is the company's primary global technology
organization responsible for the engineering, development,
implementation, configuration, testing, quality assurance, production
support, DevOps, observability, and customer delivery of the CoreCard
platform. The Centre supports customers across North America, UAE, Asia
Pacific, Latin America (LATAM), and other international markets while
working in close partnership with Product Management, Architecture, and
Technology Leadership based in Atlanta.
As the Senior Director – Global Engineering & Delivery (India), you will
provide strategic and operational leadership across multidisciplinary
engineering and delivery functions, ensuring the successful execution of
the global product roadmap, delivery of customer implementations,
operational excellence, and organizational capability. The role will
provide operational leadership for the India-based product engineering
teams responsible for the continuous development and enhancement of the
CoreCard platform. These teams operate within a global matrix structure
and maintain functional alignment with their respective Engineering and
Technology Leaders based in Atlanta. The Senior Director will be
accountable for execution excellence, delivery governance, workforce
planning, organizational effectiveness, engineering quality, and
cross-functional collaboration across the India organization. The role
will also serve as a strategic partner to Product Management,
Architecture, Professional Services, and Business Leadership teams
globally, while working closely with business leaders across North
America, Asia Pacific, LATAM and other international markets to support
customer implementations, strategic initiatives, and regional growth.
This position requires a seasoned techno-commercial leader with deep
expertise in card payments, enterprise software engineering,
customer-facing delivery, organizational leadership, and operating
successfully within a global matrix environment.
Key Responsibilities
Engineering Leadership

Lead the Global Engineering & Delivery Centre based in India, ensuring
successful execution of the CoreCard technology and delivery strategy.

Provide operational leadership for product engineering teams
responsible for the ongoing development and enhancement of the
CoreCard platform.

Partner closely with Product Management, Architecture, and Engineering
Leadership in Atlanta to execute the global product roadmap.

Drive engineering excellence by promoting modern software development
practices, secure engineering principles, automation, quality,
scalability, and continuous improvement.

Establish engineering governance, delivery metrics, release management
disciplines, and execution standards across all engineering functions.

Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, collaboration, and
technical excellence.

Lead the India Engineering & Delivery Centre within a global matrix
organization.

Collaborate with Engineering Directors, Product Leaders, Architects,
and Technology Executives based in Atlanta to ensure alignment between
product strategy and engineering execution.

Drive seamless collaboration across globally distributed engineering,
product, delivery, and support teams.

Ensure engineering priorities, delivery commitments, and
organizational objectives remain aligned across regions.

Represent the India Engineering & Delivery Centre in global technology
governance forums and cross-functional leadership discussions.
Business Partnership

Partner with business leaders across international markets to support
customer implementations, strategic initiatives, and business growth.

Participate in executive governance meetings, customer steering
committees, and strategic account reviews.

Support solution consulting, technology strategy discussions, and
customer engagements.

Balance customer priorities, engineering capacity, and business
objectives to ensure predictable delivery and high customer
satisfaction.

Work closely with Professional Services and Customer Success teams to
drive successful implementation outcomes.
Card Payments Domain Leadership
Provide leadership across the complete card issuing and payment
processing lifecycle, including:

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information
Technology, or a related discipline.
- Master's degree or MBA preferred.
Experience

18+ years of progressive experience in software engineering,
enterprise product development, technology delivery, or engineering
management.

Significant leadership experience managing large engineering and
delivery organizations within the payments, financial technology, or
banking technology sectors.

Proven experience leading global engineering and customer delivery
organizations supporting enterprise software products.

Strong experience operating within a global matrix organization and
partnering with geographically distributed technology teams.

Demonstrated success leading managers and senior technical leaders
while driving engineering excellence, delivery performance, and
organizational effectiveness.

Extensive experience with card management systems, payment processing
platforms, issuing solutions, or digital payments technologies.
