Job Description – Financial Analyst (Data analytics being the focus)

Location: Sodexo, Ahmedabad

Work Schedule: 6 days a week

Position Overview

Sodexo is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to support our client, Adani CH Shantigram, in Ahmedabad. The role requires strong financial acumen, analytical skills, and the ability to provide insights that drive business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, analyze, and interpret financial reports to support management decision-making.
• Conduct variance analysis, forecasting, and budgeting activities.
• Monitor financial performance against targets and provide actionable recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and company policies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial processes and reporting.
• Support audits and liaise with external auditors when required.
• Provide financial insights to improve operational efficiency and profitability.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.
• Minimum 6 years of post-qualification experience in financial analysis, reporting, and accounting.
• Strong knowledge of financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and financial software/tools.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
