About the role
KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES: • Provide 2nd level technical support for the Polypeptide Client PC environment. • Provide 2nd level support for printing services and printer-related incidents. • Support telephony systems, including IP phones, softphones, and related tools. • Provide support for conference room technologies and AV equipment. • Collaborate with local and global IT teams to resolve escalated issues. • Ensure compliance with IT security standards and internal guidelines.
