Finance Controller

Key Responsibilities:

Objective:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Financial Controller to lead the finance department, ensuring financial data integrity, managing manufacturing costs (COGS), and providing actionable insights to drive business growth.

Core Responsibilities:
• Oversee manufacturing finance including inventory valuation, raw material cost tracking, and production variance analysis.
• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes and prepare accurate financial statements.
• Ensure full compliance with statutory and tax regulations.
• Maintain and strengthen internal controls to safeguard company assets.
• Supervise and guide the accounting team, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting.

Technical & Soft Skills Required:
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics and Tally (Mandatory).
• Strong command of Microsoft 365, especially Excel, Teams, and Outlook.
• Excellent communication skills to simplify financial data for non-financial stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on operational efficiency.

Candidate Requirements:

We are looking for stable professionals with proven loyalty and consistent career progression.

Educational Background (Either Path):
Path A: Chartered Accountant (CA) with 2–3 years of post-qualification experience in a manufacturing environment.
Path B: MBA in Finance or CMA with at least 10 years of experience, with significant exposure to manufacturing.
