Company & Location

Valens, Nadiad, Gujarat. Oversees the entire manufacturing facility as the full plant incharge.

Key Responsibilities

Lead technical operations, ensuring zero downtime and smooth plant functionality.

Drive process understanding, machine handling, production planning, and workflow optimization.

Coordinate with QC, maintenance, procurement, and logistics for seamless execution.

Manage budgets, profitability, inventory, and resource allocation within targets.

Implement safety standards, quality controls, and process improvements.

Supervise teams, handle staffing, training, and performance reporting.

Qualifications & Experience

10+ years in process/manufacturing industry, with greenfield project exposure preferred.

Expertise in production scheduling, equipment maintenance, and bottleneck resolution.

Strong leadership, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
