Role Overview
The role will be responsible for leading the organization’s IT infrastructure, systems, and digital operations. The role will oversee network management, hardware infrastructure, enterprise applications, data security, and IT service delivery while ensuring seamless technology support across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
IT Infrastructure & Network
•
Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, networks, servers, firewalls, and cloud systems.
•
Ensure uptime of storage, email, and network services.
•
Monitor performance and resolve technical issues.
IT Security & Compliance
•
Ensure network, data, and domain security.
•
Implement cybersecurity controls and conduct IT audits and risk assessments.
Enterprise Applications
•
Manage ERP, CRM, HRMS, and other enterprise systems.
•
Oversee integrations, implementations, and application uptime.
User Support
•
Manage IT support operations, resolve user issues, and maintain service standards.
Vendor & Stakeholder Management
•
Manage IT vendors, evaluate solutions, and align IT initiatives with business needs.
Team Leadership
•
Lead and mentor the IT team, allocate tasks, and monitor performance.
Digital Transformation
•
Drive automation and implement new technologies to improve efficiency.
Qualification & Experience
Education
•
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Experience
•
10–15 years in IT infrastructure, enterprise systems, and operations.
•
Experience in real estate, infrastructure, or corporate environments preferred.
