Branch Manager - Branch Banking

Job Summary:

The Branch Manager plays a pivotal role in driving the success and productivity of our branch operations while ensuring exceptional customer experiences. This position is responsible for leading a team of banking professionals, overseeing day-to-day activities, and achieving financial goals to enhance the overall performance of the bank.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage branch teams to deliver high-quality customer service and banking solutions.
Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve branch performance objectives, including sales targets and service standards.
Oversee daily operations, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
A minimum of 5 years of banking experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
Strong knowledge of banking products, services, and compliance regulations.
Excellent leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to inspire and develop staff.
Demonstrated ability to drive sales performance and exceed targets.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric mindset.
