State Head – Bharat Bank

Job Summary:

The State Head at Bharat Bank within Niva Bupa Health Insurance plays a vital role in leading the bank's operations, driving business growth, and enhancing customer satisfaction within the designated state. This position is pivotal for implementing strategic initiatives and ensuring that the team meets its goals while adhering to regulatory compliance and excellence in service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage all banking operations in the state, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and regulatory standards.
Develop and implement marketing strategies to enhance product visibility and drive customer acquisition.
Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including corporate clients, government agencies, and community organizations.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
Minimum 7 years of experience in banking or financial services, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
