Assistant Manager Accounts

Position: Asst. Manager Accounts & Finance:
Qualification: Minimum CA Inter
Experience: 5-7 years in MNC or Manufacturing Company and already

working at AM level.

Budget: 70,000 – 80,000 PM + Performance Bonus
Location: Ahmedabad (Occasionally Sanand)

Key Responsibilities
1. Financial Accounting & Book Closure
 Supervise day-to-day accounting operations including journal entries, ledger
scrutiny, reconciliations and financial transaction recording.
 Ensure timely monthly, quarterly and annual closing of books of accounts.
 Review general ledger balances and ensure accounting accuracy and
completeness.
 Monitor provisions, accruals, prepaid expenses and depreciation accounting.
 Assist in preparation of financial statements and schedules.
2. Inventory & ERP Control
 Ensure accurate accounting and control of raw materials, packing materials,
WIP and finished goods inventory.
 Monitor ERP transactions related to procurement, production, inventory and
sales.
 Coordinate physical stock verification and reconciliation activities.
4. Taxation & Statutory Compliance
 Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax and other statutory
requirements.
 Review GST returns, reconciliations and input tax credit workings.
 Coordinate statutory audits, tax audits and internal audits.
 Ensure timely filing of statutory returns and compliance documentation.
5. MIS Reporting & Budgeting
 Prepare monthly MIS reports, profitability statements and management
reports.

 Assist in preparation of annual budgets, forecasts and variance analysis.
 Monitor departmental expenses and budget utilization.
 Provide financial analysis and operational insights to management.
 Coordinate with auditors and provide required schedules, reports and
explanations.
8. Team Management & Coordination
 Supervise accountants and finance executives in daily accounting operations.
 Provide training and guidance to team members.
 Coordinate with production, procurement, stores, logistics and sales
departments for smooth financial and operational processes.
