Profile Summary

A results-driven Recruiter responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process. Acts as the primary connection between candidates and hiring managers, focused on sourcing, attracting, screening, and onboarding top talent to support business growth and company culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Sourcing & Pipeline Building: Identify and engage qualified active and passive candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, networking events, and referral programs.

• Screening & Assessment: Review resumes, conduct initial phone screens, evaluate candidate skills, and shortlist relevant profiles for hiring teams.

• Hiring Manager Collaboration: Partner with department managers to define job requirements, establish ideal candidate criteria, and set hiring timelines.

• Interview Scheduling & Coordination: Manage logistics, send calendar invites, and collect interviewer feedback to maintain a seamless hiring pipeline.

• Offer & Candidate Experience: Guide candidates through the interview lifecycle, extend job offers, assist in salary negotiations, and ensure a positive candidate experience regardless of the outcome.
