Job Summary:

The Area Head for Signature Banking will lead the strategic development and execution of banking services in the Vadodara and Surat regions. This role is pivotal in enhancing customer relationships, driving growth, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional service standards to our high-value clients, thus contributing to the bank's overall success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the performance and operations of Signature Banking services in Vadodara and Surat, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Develop and implement strategies to acquire new high-net-worth clients and expand the bank's market presence.
• Lead and motivate a team of Relationship Managers to achieve sales targets and provide exemplary customer service.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Establish strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and external partners to enhance the bank's reputation and service offerings.
• Conduct regular training and development programs for team members to enhance skills and maintain high performance.
• Prepare and present regular performance reports to senior management, ensuring transparency and alignment with business objectives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in banking, with a focus on wealth management or client servicing.
• Proven track record of leading teams and achieving sales targets in a competitive environment.
• Strong understanding of banking products and services, particularly for high-net-worth clients.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to analyze financial data and market trends to make informed decisions.
• Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Additional certifications such as CFP or CFA will be an advantage.
• Experience in developing and implementing customer-focused banking strategies.
• Strong network within the financial services industry in Vadodara and Surat.
• Advanced knowledge of compliance and regulatory frameworks governing banking operations.
